If SharePoint on-premises, what's exact CU version: 16.0.4327.1000
Expected or Desired Behavior
When using the Responsive UI I expect not to get a horizontal scrollbar when making the window smaller on my desktop. Even after I have made the window small enough to enter the mobile view.
Observed Behavior
After I make my window small enough so I get the mobile view and then make it big enough for the desktop view and then make it a little smaller, I get a scrollbar on the bottom.
Steps to Reproduce
Start on a wide screen with the dekstop view, make the window smaller and bigger but stay in tablet or desktop view and see the behavior.
Drag the window small enough to get mobile view, and then make it big enough for desktop view again.
If you now make the window smaller again, without going to mobile view, you will see a scrollbar on the bottom. Unlike when you had not gone to mobile view yet.
