If SharePoint on-premises, what's exact CU version:

Expected or Desired Behavior

Namespace OfficeDevPnP.Core referenced at project.

Observed Behavior

Installing via SharePointPnPCoreOnline nugget the namespaces OfficeDevPnP are not referenced.

Installing via SharePointPnPCoreOnline nugget the namespaces OfficeDevPnP are not referenced.
