Issue to add custom web part to List View Page using PnP File or PnP Page although it works for Publishing Pages #2669

Environment [ ] Office 365 / SharePoint Online [x] SharePoint 2016 [ ] SharePoint 2013

Expected or Desired Behavior my requirements are to add a custom webpart to a view page for a specific list. During provisioning of a site page , I expect that webPart will be added to the page. Actually that was already done for publishing page but the issue is that wasn't succeed with a list view page. Note: It works only for publishing pages with pnp file
