Incorrect link on article regarding PnP Management Shell changes #1926

In the article, https://pnp.github.io/blog/post/changes-pnp-management-shell-registration/, the first link in the documentation section does not work. It points to an article that does not exist. Believe that it should point to https://pnp.github.io/powershell/articles/registerapplication.
