Dev Container Feature at `jpawlowski/devcontainer-features/cli-microsoft365` #6180

Hello all,

I wanted to let you know that I took some time to create a so called 'feature' for development containers for CLI for Microsoft 365, which can be found here:

https://github.com/jpawlowski/devcontainer-features/tree/main/src/cli-microsoft365

It helps installing the CLI inside Development Containers together with the existing VSCode extension.

Let me know if you need any adjustments to the package.
