FileHandler not visible for External\Guest users #8

Hello Team, I have followed the article to the letter and configured the FileHandler on my O365 Tenant.

FileHandler does not appear for external or guest users at all. Is this a limitation? Or am I missing some configuration?

@cemrebitgen - We implemented the extension(List view CommandSet) and shared it with the guest user. The difference between the extension and the file handler is that the file handler honors the click event, while with the extension, you select a file and click on the button.
