Sample based on other PowerShell sample.

This sample contains a Microsoft Graph connector built in PowerShell that shows how to ingest REST Countries content.

Ah sorry for that. Contributors are listed in sample.json which I've added to the assets folder. Please submit a PR with the changes and we'll get it in.
