Errors when running SharePoint Modernization Tool #622

SharePoint Modernization Tool - errors

[ ] Modernization Scanner: Scan produced the following errors:

1) The property or field 'Url' has not been initialized. It has not been requested or the request has not been executed. It may need to be explicitly requested.

2) The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

The scan produced six reports (incl errors) and we cannot see the dashboards - just raw data.

Perhaps this is unrelated but after running the scan the scanner tool itself disappeared - as did the reports run several weeks ago (the folder is now empty). We have reinstalled the tool but would like advice on how to proceed without running into these errors again.

@sarareid101 : what scan options did you use? When you run the .exe the output is created inside a sub folder underneath the folder where the .exe is. So best to download and copy the .exe to a know folder and use it from there.

@sarareid101 : also ensure you're not running this on a machine with old CSOM versions distributed. And check the output folder where you ran the .exe: the gathered data lives inside sub folders in that folder
