Trying to import solution into a new environment #9

When trying to import the solution into a new Dataverse environment I get some errors. The first is that I have to enable language 1031 - German, that`s sorted.

I also get the error:

CanvasApp import: FAILURE: The API call failed with http status code 'InternalServerError' and response content '{"error":{"code":"InternalServerError","message":"Encountered internal server error. The correlation Id is '88067d42-78c4-4af8-b670-092704214a9e'."}}'

Go figure, tried with a M365 Business Standard - one month trial subscription. Using this, trying to create a Power App or Automation will fail. So there`s the cause of the error. So will need to actually pay for the license to use Power Apps/Automate in an environment. This is also true for Power Apps for Teams.
