What's in this Pull Request?

Please describe the changes in this PR. Sample description or details around bugs which are being fixed. This is a new solution I've worked on inspired by the ALM Accelerator. Using the Power Platform Pipeline tables in Dataverse, the solution accessing solutions deployed to a specific QA environment and allows for users to create QA Assessments on these solutions. The assessment allows for users to add new items, score, pass or fail checklists and QA Assessments.

Note: for security reasons, we can only accept pull requests which consist of unpacked source code for .msapp files; We cannot accept .msapp files.
