The link to download the file in the "minimal path to awesome" section results in a 404 Error.

The link points to https://github.com/pnp/powerapps-samples/blob/main/samples/name-pronunciation-recorder/solution/NamePronunciationRecorder.msapp

but it looks like it should be modified to https://github.com/pnp/powerapps-samples/blob/main/samples/name-pronunciation-recorder/solution/NamePronunciation.msapp
