What's in this Pull Request?

Please describe the changes in this PR. Sample description or details around bugs which are being fixed. Contributing to this community by sharing a sample canvas app, which is an implementation of the WhatsApp and Webex Independent Publisher Connectors. Some of these connectors are in the 'deployment' stage but they should be working just the same once they do get deployed because they passed all tests.

@zak0807 - Thanks for your PR. Can you please create a pull request for the following repository?

We are in the process of moving to that single repo instead of having to maintain different repositories for all the different products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages & Copilot Studio).
