There seems to be an issue with running the PowerShell script to deploy the SharePoint list. Given that not everyone who wants to utilize the samples has the ability to run PowerShell scripts, we suggest that you document the list structure so people can manually create the list.

@marcus-castro-sp - Thanks for your PR. Can you please create a pull request for the following repository?

We are in the process of moving to that single repo instead of having to maintain different repositories for all the different products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages & Copilot Studio).
