Hi @anandragav - the sample you provided is the exported app, but we require it to be an exported and unpacked solution. Follow the guide on this page to see how it works: https://github.com/pnp/powerapps-samples/wiki/How-to-submit-a-Power-App-sample.

We are in the process of moving to that single repo instead of having to maintain different repositories for all the different products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages & Copilot Studio).
