Question

I am having issues following the instructions on how to create the SharePoint list especially in regards the columns. I have created the following lists.

Capture24 Capture23 Capture22 Capture21

Please advise if my list is correct, when i removed the 4 connections from Power apps and added the following. Power apps displayed a of of errors
