Add the ability to capture a GEO in which to provision teams/groups. Potentially using the Microsoft Graph API.
List of GEOs in the settings list OR if retrieve the users' geo automatically when they request a team or group and create the area in that GEO.

TBC about how we would do the SharePoint site creation in the correct GEO.
