Addition of new functionality to support the following feature enhancements:

  1. Ability to hide the Data Classification screen #59
  2. Ability to set a default Visibility (per 'Provisioning Type') in the 'Provisioning Types' list #59
  3. Ability to hide the Choose Template screen #60
  4. Ability to set a default value for the Confidential Data option (Provisioning Types list) #59
