PropertyFieldFolderPicker.md documentation link is broken (404) #586

Expected

https://pnp.github.io/sp-dev-fx-property-controls/controls/PropertyFieldFolderPicker.md shall display documentation page for the PropertyFieldFolderPicker.

Observed Behavior

Page with 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce

Paste URL in a browser or go to the documentation and click left nav link for the PropertyFieldFolderPicker control.
