What's in this Pull Request?

Updated documentation to include few missing details, as

• JSON structure for configuration file
• correct AAD permission needed, based on my test (updated screenshot file too)
• instructions on how to perform admin trust for the application

Also:

• includes a sample config.sample.json file
• switched to use @types instead of TSD (devDependencies)
• small improvements in Gulp file
• Trying to workaround a small issue when the list is on the root web (_api/web/webs?$filter.. doesn't work in that case..)
