New Model - Report - Demonstrating New Refinement Rules Functionality #18

Closed LeonArmston closed 2 years ago

Hi

I wanted to figure out the new refinement rules functionality so through trial and error I managed to work out the format of a document required to use all five of the refinement rules available then I used this knowledge to create a Report document to be used in a "Report" model which is in this pull request.

I blogged about my findings and provided examples of the rules here: https://www.leonarmston.com/2022/04/sharepoint-syntex-testing-out-new-refinement-rules-for-document-understanding-extractor-models/

Let me know if you have any questions?

Thanks

Leon

Hey Leon, thank you for submitting this (and sorry its taken a while to review).

I love the idea of a sample using the new refinement rules. One thought though, because you are suing Lorem Ipsum text, I wonder if there is abetter way to describe these than "Report" as they aren't really reports.

What do you think- would framing as a more generic "Refinement Rule Example" work?

Hi @jameseccles

Thanks for your feedback and this makes sense! When I was creating demo files to figure out these rules I was trying to think of the best way to describe them and settled on Report! Appreciate it's not really a report with Lorem Ipsum!

Have updated my branch (Folder Rename, New Renamed model (Refinement Rule Example) uploaded and Readme updated).

Should be all good to go now.

Thanks

Leon
