🎯 Aim of the feature

The current CI/CD action could be updated so it will:

[x] refactor the scaffolding to be form based not QA based
[x] when application authentication used the extension could create app registration on Azure and return the cert for app authentication model
[x] extend the support for Azure DevOps

I could add a link that would open the app registration

also when app registration is checked I could change the button name to add something like 'and create an app registration'
