Polish translation and a small localisation fix #112

This translation covers a vast majority of phrases. I still find some holes though.

A localisation bug fixed in live_analysis.py.

In the translation folder, there is a python script that can be used to check for missing translations: https://github.com/pnprog/goreviewpartner/blob/master/translations/check.py You will have to add polish at line 82, then can be ran using python check.py pl

But don't worry, no translation is 100% complete, even the French one (my mother tongue) is far from being ok :) If you are ok with that, I can give you write access to that repository, so that later you can update the translation file at your convenience if you find missing translation.
