Will not connect unledd you already have the server in your host file #352

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to connect to a computer not in your .ssh/.known_hosts
2. This just ends in a loop where it asks you for the password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0 on Mac Os 10.5 (leopard ) 

Please provide any additional information below.

Hopefully it is not just me being stupid.
