Password for the Virtualbox VM #1

For the pldi16 artifact virtual machine what is the password for the user dave?

Off the top my head I would think it is "password", "1234", "12345", or the empty string. If its not any of those I'll have to look into it when I get home tonight.

@pnwamk I was cloning the repository and I saw a commit that the password was in https://github.com/pnwamk/pldi16-artifact/blob/master/readme/index.scrbl so I added it to README.md
