Allows hydra-routers to cluster by sending socket directory information between each other. As new clients connect and disconnect hydra-router instances inform each other of the changes.
A hydra-router which crashes and comes back to life receives docket directory information from other running hydra-router instances.
Backend hydra-based services can now send messages to websocket connected clients via any available hydra-router.
Connected websocket clients can now send messages to one another via any hydra-router instance.
