MUC bookmark timeout #13

Seems like under certain conditions the MUC bookmarks are not loaded within the specified time-out. This happend to me after I added more bookmarks via DIno. I guess it is related to the number of bookmarks?

The popup modal suggest to reload the page, but other than killing the app and restarting there is no way to do it and most of the time it doesn't seem to fix it either.

Looks like in some cases only a complete reset of the app with UT-Tweak-Tool helps. I guess once too many bookmarks are stored in the local browser storage it gets issues.

I increased the bookmark timeout to 60 seconds (was 20 before). I hope that will fix it.
