Fix RNS resolving #400

RNS integration was previously added in https://github.com/poanetwork/nifty-wallet/pull/381. However, this feature doesn't work https://github.com/poanetwork/nifty-wallet/pull/381#issuecomment-654509397. This PR fixes a bug in detecting RSK chain in order to use RNS.
