For some reason the script doesn't list a specific validator name for the last 11 months.

The problem confirmed on POA and Sokol Unfortunately, the author of this tool is not working with us anymore

We might consider rewriting it as a web app. Meanwhile, I will create a 100 Dai Gitcoin bounty to fix it

For bounty hunters:

There is no need to sync parity. You can use remote POA or Sokol RPC. Here is the page with endpoints https://www.poa.network/for-developers/developer-resourses#json-rpc-endpoints
