(Improvement) Update logo and and my addresses page remove icon. #211

Closes #210.

Update the logo and the remove icon from "My Addresses" section.
Remove font-awesome dependency from the main package.json, since there was no other icon reference in the code.

@phahulin do we want to apply the design that lives on zeplin? I've just saw that there are a couple of things that look a little bit different from the images there.

If the answer is yes, feel free to create an issue and assign it to me.
