(bug) Not receiving postcards to the valid address

• What problem have you encountered (provide steps to reproduce if possible) / What feature are you talking about? Ordered multiple POPA cards to the same valid address approximately one month apart. Haven't received any of them for more than a month since the last POPA request.

The address is valid with the regular mail deliveries.

• What is expected behavior / What is proposed feature? Should delivered within a week. Also no tracking number provided.

It looks like address auto-correction changed ZIP code from 98109 to 98109-3517.

@shkron do you happen to know if it's the correct zip+4 code? Maybe you have a postoffice box with dedicated 4 digits number and could re-order a postcard on it?

@phahulin as far as USPS concerned this is one and only delivery route for this address (there are no other 4 digit delivery routes associated with this address).
