(Improvement) Use Winston instead of console for logging #57

- (Improvement) proposal (i.e. some existing feature can be improved)
What problem have you encountered (provide steps to reproduce if possible) / What feature are you talking about? The currently logger can not have multiples transports configured at different levels.
What is expected behaviour / What is proposed feature? Winston is designed to be a simple and universal logging library with support for multiple transports and multiples levels.
