(Bug) New design-Home page: unhandled exception in browser's console if wallet isn't installed #1154

Issue exists in branch integration/#1082-new-design https://github.com/poanetwork/token-wizard/tree/integration/%231082-new-design

For reproducing this issue just open app without installed wallet. Observe browser's console.

Actual result:

app slow and unresponsive
a numerous amount of errors in console
