Steps:

Start Minted crowdsale
On Step2 upload CSV file with reserved tokens https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nsJtlVOa9ZkHCOoBwl8eyQQzxpA0Y5ozfO4-Zu2fMUM/edit?usp=sharing

Actual result: error message
