(Bug) Warning 'No wallet..' if wallet was installed after TW has been opened #1184

It reproducible in branches 2.0 and newDesign Steps:

Remove wallet from browser(if it was installed)
Open TW
Click 'New crowdsale'. Warning should be displayed
Follow link in warning (open in new tab) and install NIfty wallet, activate it
Click 'New crowdsale' on home page

Expected result:

user should be able to continue

Actual result:

warning'No wallet ...' is displayed
