Closes #1169

I've been working mostly on increasing StepThree files coverage. There's a particular issue with simulating the form submit in tests, that is not working for the StepThree.

@mariano-aguero if you're able to make it work. Please, be my guest.

@fernandomg LGTM , the refactoring is very big, I think that solving the problem of the form we should do it on something more stable and close this PR as soon as possible, due to the amount of existing changes.
