As I user, when setting up a new crowdsale (tiers), I'd like to be able to pick a discount strategy among different alternatives.

Just opening the discussion for this topic here. I think we should cover and evaluate:

Timeframe
First n tokens
Promo code
Combining any of the above?
Specifying the discount strategy on a crowdsale-level or allowing different strategies to be set on a per-tier basis?

Please refer to a feature request from users. We have tiers as our main strategy for discounts
