Can't establish link to local CSS file - solution is to host it remotely and link directly to it (i.e. not as part of the extension), unless we use the documentation to find the 'right' way.
Will need to refer to images within that CSS. So, likewise, need to host them remotely, or find the 'right' way.
Until this is done, we're forced to set the styles directly within the JS, and the CSS file we include in the extension is ignored.
