Allow temporary deactivation of highlighting #32

Add a right-click / context-menu (and 'Options' page) option that allows users to toggle highlighting on and off - NB. this does not mean full-on deactivation of the entire plugin within the browser.

We could put a red cross through the icon in the address bar to show people that highlighting is off, and to encourage them to turn it back on.

Actually we could continue to calculate scores, it'd only be the highlighting that'd be off. Only problem is: how can we show a red cross and a score at the same time? Need a better way of expressing this visually...

OK, we're going to have two new options:

Highlight all matches
Highlight first match, underline later ones [new default]
Underline all matches
Disable all highlighting (as above)

And a new checkbox:

Show count next to match?

Well under way - should be ready to test in a day or so.
