feature request: toggle on/off #34

It would be great if there was some way to toggle this plugin without having to disable it at the browser level - maybe an on/off option, or using the icon as a button?

Sorry for the very slow reply! It can be done already: just right-click, and choose "Disable all highlighting" from the BannedList menu to temporarily turn it off. Any other option turns it back on.
