Allow Resolve Studio to access USB devices (read USB licence key) #31

Current main branch does not allow Resolve Studio to see USB licence keys.

Allow access to all devices due to current limitations of flatpak not allowing access to USB devices specifically (see https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/pull/1238 )

i would prefer not want to add --device=all just for single devices like usb, because it creates a massive hole. I think users can use flatseal to add --device=all if/when they need it. it's the same problem for rocm-flatpak which needs /dev/kfd.
