Flexible badge with limit #42

Added the description into issues section but in short:

1) Place badge into rectangle with round corners. 2) Redraw badge on number growing up or down 3) add limit to badge number. E.g. when set to 100, badge will show +99 on growing count by default it is 0, and counter will grow as normal.
