Assignee cannot be selected when create an issue #1253

Versions and device

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in my account
  2. Open one of my repo
  3. Go to the issue interface of the repo
  4. Click the "+" button to create an issue
  5. Click "Assignee" and try to add an assignee

Actual behaviour

Cannot select the assignee. The checkbox does not work

Expected behaviour

The checkbox can be selected to add an assignee.
