• all the eggs must be clean, dirty or stained eggs must not be sold.
• all the eggs must be "marked with the producers’ unique identification".

We need to:

• systematically identify food safety hazards,
• have evidence that we undertaken controls to remediate any issues that were identified
• "An egg processor must operate according to a food safety management statement that sets out how the requirements of this Division are to be or are being complied with"

We can probably do that with a single web page. The web page could start with a statement about food safety management. Then we could have a story about how we organised a BBQ for invited Gledden St residents to inspect our chickens, egg-washing facilities and egg-packing facilities (bench, sink, towel and egg cartons cupboard), and asked them to help us find ways we need to fix them to make them safe. We could talk about the issues that were identified, and what we did to resolve them.

Maybe, similar to the general feedback form (re #14), we could also have a "raise a food safety issue" form.

So our food safety page could have our statement about food safety management, and link to GitHub tickets with the food_safety label, and also a form for bringing food safety issues to our attention. (this is just a special version of the food feedback ticket form that has different text, and automatically applies the food_safety label). The form could link to the food safety page. The food safety page could also invite grownups to come and inspect our facilities if they have any concerns.
