make repo README

re: comment in #12, we should update the /README.md for the repo so it explains what the repo IS

note, there is a /docs/README.md that is the home page. That's what people see when they come to our web site. I'm not talking about that one.

I'm talking about /README.md that people see when they come to the gledden-st-eggs repo home page. The place where we collaborate on making gledden-st-eggs better. This place is where we keep our tickets (system for working together) and our code (stuff the web site is made of, etc).

I think the picture of climbing the pole to put the chicken on it is perfect: This is not the web site, this is the web site about the web site.

I added the picture but there is still plenty to do:

• [x] say (with a link) that it is an http://pocketmoneyindustries.com/ initiative.
• [x] say "this is the web site about the web site, it is where we work on things"

We should also link to the various forms from here:

• web site feedback (re #15). "if you have a github account then you can raise a ticket directly, but if not you can use this form to send us feedback"
• link to the food safety page (re #10)
• and (of course) link to the sign up page! (re #2)
