Chore/sylius 112 compatibility #9

Hi !

This is an attempt to make this plugin compatible with Sylius 1.12, and to update the test environment. It might still be incomplete ( I did not update every single dev-dependency, or yarn library), but I am ready to keep working on it if needed.

I hope it might help anyway, and any feedback is appreciated !

Thanks a lot for this PR and sorry for the delay, I (almost) have no times since mid-2022 for OSS :'(
