Besides the standard mapping for arrow buttons, menu open and ESC I'm unable to emulate any other button pushes

The last commit/release should fix this issue. Please, check if it works for you.

I can confirm that the update fixed the issue, I needed a specific code for backspace for Amiga support and it didn't work before this commit.
