Please add dva3219 to the loader #144

Hello dear friend, thanks for your hard work on a loader, can you please add dva3219 to loader so we can test it with pascal gpus? Thanks in advance, have a nice day and weekends )

There is already a DVA3219 built with M shell. Do you want it to be added to the original TCRP as well?
