Add missing on_os_load for DSM service

I checked the log below during the DSM On load process. The checksum of the install.sh file may be inconsistent. Please check again with yours.

System passed junioreudev - late '/etc/udev/rules.d/50-usb-realtek-net.rules' -> '/tmpRoot/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/50-usb-realtek-net.rules' Ran "install.sh" for eudev->on_os_load - exit=0
