Please add Nvidia Quadro (Turing/RTX) driver Extension #125

gpu Nvidia T400 is not being detected.

"Found VGA Controller: pciid 10ded00001fb2 Required Extension: No matching extention"

Pocopico, can you please add driver extension? Thanks in advance)

Basically all versions of Nvidia Runtime Library.spk use old 440.44 driver for linux, there is a newer version, so it needs somehow to be replaced in .spk without loosing signature or recreate it and it should install newer driver on DSM with more GPUs support than it was in 440.44 (of Dec 2019) inside the .spk of NV Runtime Lib I found folder RT/Tensor, so if driver version will be updated, it might utilize something in RTX gpus or it will in future DVA models, but anyway with 515.57 driver every gpu that was released up untill now should work in theory, at least all of the Pascal, Turing, Ampere
