Which is the installation destination? #238

Hi, I followed this guide in youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OL7eOcPp7nk - and I don't get to understand, where does the operating system get installed? in the USB drive itself? or in a HDD? I have looked for another question here but didn't find anything. I want to install the latest version of DSM in an old computer. If you need more information, please ask. Thanks for your time.

You can only boot from USB drive. Keep it connected and set boot to it.
